Hi, my name is Mary Ladd. I became involved with the program from
the very beginning. I became a volunteer and fell in love with the
students and therapy horses.
I loved volunteering and could not get enough of the program. Ginni
Hartke inspired me to become an Instructor, and I know that was
exactly what I wanted.
I have a terrific and supportive husband and two wonderful kids.
Steven is 18 and Sam is 11, they make being a parent a joy. My
other children are my pets. I have a big, beautiful paint horse "Chief
Mick," a cool lab "Rocky" who thinks he is human, a noisy parakeet,
and friendly leopard gecko. It is a beautiful household.
Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your child's life. I love
working with them and look forward in seeing them excel and grow.
I am proud to be a part of Equine Assisted Therapy.
