I’ve been a horse lover since I got my first pony when I was three years old. My passion
for horses continued, and has been a part of my life ever since. The love of horses is
what initially drew me to Equine-Assisted Therapy in the Spring of 2005, when I met Ginni,
and started volunteering for the program. It was such an incredibly rewarding experience,
I quickly decided that I wanted to become more involved, so I became a PATH Certified
Instructor in the Fall of 2005.
I feel so lucky to be part of such a great program. There is nothing better than seeing the
sparkle in a rider’s eyes, or the smile of accomplishment followed by a big hug around the
horse's neck. I look forward to many more years of special memories with all of our
wonderful riders, our amazing volunteers, and these beautiful animals that make it all
possible.
